After an incredible first year, we’re excited to tee it up again for our 2nd Annual Peach State Rescue Golf Tournament Fundraiser!

Our inaugural tournament brought together 94 players, 39 sponsors, and raised more than $20,000 to support Peach State Rescue and the animals and families we serve.

That support is making a direct impact today. It allows us to help families in our community care for and keep their pets, provide community assistance, pull more dogs from euthanasia lists, and provide vulnerable animals with the medical care, transportation, food, and foster support they need.

We’re hoping to build on the success of our first tournament and make this year’s event even bigger. With more players, more sponsors, and more community support, we can raise even more to help animals and the people who love them.

We’re incredibly grateful for everyone who continues to stand behind Peach State Rescue.

Can I register the day of the event?

Yes, we welcome event day registrations. Your registration fee will fall under the 'Late Registration' pricing tier.

How do I update a player's name on my team?

If you need to make any changes to your team, please email us peachstaterescueinc@gmail.com.

What is the deadline for sponsor recognition materials?

We ask that all logos and requests be made no later than April 1, 2027.

All swag bag materials must be delivered or picked up no later than June 1, 2027.

All raffle prizes and silent auction items must be delivered or picked up no later than June 6, 2027.

What is the tournament format?

Our tournament will be played as a scramble, which means each golfer on the team hits a tee shot, the team selects the best ball, and all players take their next shot from that spot. This continues until the ball is holed. Scrambles are fun, fast-paced, and beginner-friendly—perfect for players of all skill levels!

Are there any contests?

Yes, we will have a longest drive (male & female), closest to the pin, and a hole-in-one contest.

Weather & Rain Plan

Weather Monitoring

Peach State Rescue and the hosting golf course will monitor weather conditions closely leading up to the tournament. Updates will be communicated by email and posted on our website and social media channels.

Light Rain or Drizzle

The tournament will continue as scheduled in light rain or intermittent showers. Please plan accordingly and bring appropriate rain gear.

Severe Weather (Thunderstorms, Lightning, Unsafe Conditions)

If the course determines play is unsafe due to severe weather, the tournament will be delayed until conditions improve. Announcements will be made on-site, and text/email updates will be sent to all registered participants.

Extended Delays or Course Closures

If severe weather results in a significant delay or the course becomes unplayable:

The event will be rescheduled to the earliest available rain date provided by the course.
All golfer registrations and sponsorships will automatically transfer to the rescheduled date.
If a rain date cannot be confirmed, golfers and sponsors will receive credit toward a future Peach State Rescue event or may choose to convert their registration into a tax-deductible donation.

No-Rainback Policy

Because this is a charity fundraiser, we are unable to offer refunds. All proceeds directly support veterinary care, transport, supplies, and rescue operations for animals in need.

In the event of weather changes:

Email notifications will be sent to all registered golfers and sponsors
Updates will be posted on our website
Social media alerts will be shared on Facebook & Instagram
