Natasha and Tiffany founded Peach State Rescue after meeting during urgent efforts to save dogs from euthanasia lists. Their shared passion for animal welfare ignited a partnership focused on dog rescue, fostering, and rehoming at-risk dogs. With compassion and determination, they transformed their grassroots mission into a growing network of hope and second chances for animals in need.

Natasha Phillips has been a passionate advocate for animal welfare her entire life. Growing up in rural Illinois, she consistently rescued strays and nursed wildlife back to health. Fostering her first dog from the euthanasia list only confirmed her belief that dog rescue is her true calling.
As Co-Founder and President of Peach State Rescue, Natasha leads vital efforts to rescue, rehabilitate, and rehome animals. She also focuses on advancing education, digital outreach, and legislative change to enhance animal welfare on a global scale. Her work is deeply rooted in compassion, action, and the conviction that every life deserves a chance.

Tiffany Baker is an Atlanta native, Commercial Realtor, and Business Broker with a profound commitment to animal welfare. Her passion for dog rescue began in Birmingham, Alabama, where she was actively involved in fostering and rescue efforts. Upon returning to her hometown, she continued her advocacy through the Lifeline Foster Program. Today, she proudly serves as Co-Founder and President of Peach State Rescue, Inc., leading ongoing initiatives in animal advocacy. Tiffany’s daily life is a testament to her dedication to her community and her lifelong love for animals.
