By temporarily opening your home, you give a homeless pet the comfort, care, and stability they need to thrive outside the shelter while waiting for a forever family.
Pets truly thrive in home environments—where they are less stressed, better socialized, and less likely to become ill. Fostering keeps them happy and healthy while also freeing up critical shelter space for other animals in need.
There’s nothing quite like the love and warmth of a home. Whether it’s for a few days or a few weeks, your support can make all the difference. Peach State Rescue provides all veterinary care, supplies, guidance, and adoption support—you provide the love.
We have animals of all ages, sizes, and personalities ready for foster homes. Whatever your lifestyle, there’s a pet who can benefit from your care.
Open your home, open your heart, and help save a life.

Medical Treatment

Bottle Babies
Bottle babies must be fed formula every two to four hours, stimulated to go to the bathroom, kept on a heat source, weighed before each feeding, and closely monitored for illnesses.
Families
When a pregnant cat or a new mom and her litter come into our care, placing them into foster care is critical to ensure that the babies stay healthy and learn proper socialization skills.
Special Needs
Some kittens and cats need additional socialization or may have a specific medical concern best cared for in a foster home.
Weaned Kittens
When kittens are old enough to eat on their own but too young to be spayed or neutered, they benefit from living in a foster home where they continue to grow and play until they are ready for adoption.
